Two bi-rotative heads running on a common gantry, managed by two simultaneous processes equipped with a real-time anti-collision algorithm, allow twin or independent machining according to the production order. An efficient rotating table with 4 stations for simultaneous machining of two helmets and loading/unloading of the remaining stations increases production velocity and flexibility.
The state of the art integration with 4.0 industry through OPC-UA protocol allows to monitor all the processing parameters of the machine.
