The centralized call centre provides the customer with a highly competent technical interface that is able to diagnose the defect and arrange courier shipment of the spare part(s), in the shortest possible time, to the technician assigned for the intervention.

Retrofit

OSAI cnc is also able to offer a retrofit service that will modernize the machine tool by upgrading the CNC, operator panels, drives and motors.

Repairs and maintenance

Our Test & Repair facility is able to repair both products currently in production and obsolete products. OSAI cnc has an operating procedure to manage material returns under repair, which will expedite the management of the repair cycle and provide a better traceability during the repair phase.

Before sending material, this procedure requires you to obtain a repair authorization number (RMA number), for each item that is sent for repair.
