Our Test & Repair facility is able to repair both products currently in production and obsolete products. OSAI has an operating procedure to manage material returns under repair, which will expedite the management of the repair cycle and provide a better traceability during the repair phase. Before sending material, this procedure requires you to obtain a repair authorization number (RMA number), for each item that is sent for repair.
